About our Concert Expenses
Aaron has experience in most mainstream denominations, and in many different events and scenarios. We are not limited to just a concert, neither do we always come in and do a full concert. It is dependent on the needs of the particular church or para-church organization. It is our heart that we work within the authority structure and within the need of your ministry.
We do have some requests in this process, things that will help us to minister more effectively as there are five general scenarios.
Aaron has experience in most mainstream denominations, and in many different events and scenarios. We are not limited to just a concert, neither do we always come in and do a full concert. It is dependent on the needs of the particular church or para-church organization. It is our heart that we work within the authority structure and within the need of the place that we sing at.
We do have some requests in this process, things that will help us to minister more effectively to your people. Our goal is to never make our ministry a financial burden for any church, so we just ask you to observe the following and with prayer do what you have within your means to do.
  1. We would ask that a love offering be taken.  However, we know that some churches would prefer to give an honorarium.  Either one of these options or both are acceptable.  Any money collected is for the purpose of a future mission trip, to help a missionary or missionary organization or a ministry need (future recordings, website expenses).  Funds collected are never for our personal income.
  2. We would ask for permission to make our recordings/CDs available at the concerts. 
  3. We would also ask that basic needs be met, whether they be fuel, lodging, food, and airfare if necessary.  This is especially true in cases where we travel more than three hours outside the Metroplex (Dallas/Fort Worth) and would have to stay overnight.
